The marriage/love guru? He was a semi-amusing one-note bit from GTA 3 then just got worse and worse as the radio moved away from satirizing shitty talk and music radio and more into simulating real radio and all they had was Lazlow to pad out the resulting funny gap.

GTA peaked with the very first island in GTA 3 with all its crazy San Fran hills. Vice City was a small, boring and flat plain while San Andreas perfectly captured the Los Angeles driving experience: lots and lots of your life wasted driving place to place.
