| I'm fucking excited! This is the best part of buying a new computer because it is still ripe with promise. This weekend will come the worst part where I have to shell out another $800 to buy shit I forgot to order the first time around or to replace burnt up very expensive brand new shit, only to spend 36 hours getting the new machine working and find out that I still can't run any 2007 game on anything but the the lowest possible detail, FX, anti-aliasing and resolution. Also, my XP OEM license will render my new shit useless and Ubuntu won't fucking even BEGIN to have driver support for any of these new components, so I'll get to wrestle with that shit all weekend as well.
Even knowing what lies ahead, I'm still fucking excited and may not sleep well tonight!! |
