No way! For a start, he could easily convince himself he was coming to the region to scuba dive or tramp or whatever because he WOULD probably spend most of his time doing these things because who's gonna spend more than a few hours fucking a day. More importantly, it's a lot LESS embarrassing to fuck whores in a culture that is permissive and even geared towards it. You can spin whoring any number of favourable ways overseas, but there are no excuses at home. I don't wear Pajama pants in NZ and I don't fuck whores here either, but I do both those things when I'm part of a culture that approves or at least turns a blind eye.
