hiya...

I had the same problem... and I'll tell you this one was a bitch... these popups!!! every 5 mins bam another popup even when IE wasn't running... I tried EVERYTHING... Hijack this... cwshredder... spybot search and destory... adware Se... I went through the registery and the internet temp files deleting a ton of shit (that was fun) that didn't work and I wasn't up for deleting EVERY third party software... I have too many cool programs I can't get anymore. I even donated clothes to goodwill (ok that didn't work, but it made some homeless people happy) needless to say, every site I went to had peoples hijack this logs... and had everyone in the same boat, no clue how to remove this... and of course popup blockers do not stop this so who ever wrote this... NICE JOB you !@#@ing asshole... so after three days of dealing with this I figured out that what ever this is... is tied to IE Explorer as well as Windows Explorer so anytime you use either which is all the time... you get this program going.... so what I did was this... I have a program called WinRescue, it's a backup program... it backsup your registery and app data and whatever else you want it to backup and I restored a backup from three months ago (which i knew didn't have our little friend) and this worked.... so if any of you have a back up of your registry try that it worked for me :) and my the force be with you!!!
