Did I mention the Eternal Sonata demo is cute? by Grumah 08/19/2007, 4:14am PDT CUTE I thought the graphics looked really good. Cel shaded with good textures and excellent lighting/shading effects, good animation, detailed character models (for anime anyway, but I mean fucking the highest detail anime in animu faggotfuck history, like miyuzaki whatever the fucking guys name is that did the highest rated animew movies like uh um). Combat system = chain combos to build a "star meter," release totally free special attacks (I guess they're free) which use the star meter to become more powerful. The enemy attacks can be parried with a chance block effect that requires you to time your reaction with the B button. That's always good. NEGATIVE POINTS: camera system. There's a ton of areas you need to look around in... by running at full speed into them. You need to control the camera with the sticks BUT YOU AREN'T FUCKING ALLOWED. You can't even do it in combat. So the right stick just gets unused. I dunno, maybe the full game will include that.
