Although I'm not sure how we'll beat the Bears next week since they can win in OT without scoring an offensive TD during an entire game.
PHEAR CRAIG KRENZEL
Christ, you must have spilled more beer than you drank with all that crazy scoring going on.
The fucking Bears. Just rubbing my nose in the fact that if the Niners hadn't suffered so many injuries to the defense, they could still be winning games (well, not Sunday's; 4 INTs = loss, Tim). It makes me a little sad that no one seems to be mentioning that the Colts put up two defensive scores during the game and held Houston to under 100 total yards in the first half. The Colts' defense still isn't great, but I'd like to think that this game will turn the corner for the team. You can really tell the difference when the front four get penetration. That's exactly what I meant by crazy scoring. 14 points from the worst defense in the league? Keeping the opponents (an onstensibly grooving Houston) under a buck for the half? Still, sadly, I portend woe for the Colts in the playoffs. But that woe probably won't come until the fourth quarter of the AFC championship. |
