I love this game. The voice work is suitably dire

"We're getting unconfirmed reports of giant...bugs of some kind in the city" and I'm shouting at the tv "THERE ARE FIFTY FUCKING GIANT ANTS ATTACKING ME" and then I whip out a shotgun and BOOM, those ants are history and flying across the map, and then KAPOW I blow up an apartment building just for the hell of it.

The underground levels are bit annoying, but there's only like 5 of them out of 62 or something levels.

Oh, and the helicopter and speeder bike handle like crap, the tank is a bit mental and the Power Loader wossname is pretty cool but you should probably never bother as getting in and out wastes precious running towards enemies time.
