I think luck was the biggest factor actually because it mostly depends on what they send at you next, what with the different types of waves. There's the 4 corners where they can send one type over and over super fast, which usually isn't hard to take care of unless you have black holes lying around and then they'll fuckin explode and send those little seeking circles out at you. That's a good time to use a bomb, unless you are in an empty corner and can hold off anything. UNLESS something spawns right on top of you in that corner, then you are fucked, anally.
