The Cylon ressurection device is downright doofy. Unless they are transmitting data in Star Trekian "subspace" how does the Cylon consciousness return to the resurrection facility.....you can't detect that EM wave and jam it. Why can't cylons just transmit data back and forth like a hive mind? I'm getting off topic here but it's just meant to reinforce the argument that neither the Cylon's not the writers have a plan. They are winging it every season hoping to make it to the next while mixing hot topics they like to talk about in my peanut butter.

I'm going to go with the New Caprica Police opening fire on the Cylons before the executions start.

At the end, we had a few Centurions walking up to the prisoners with the implication that they were going to be doing the executing.

The gunfire at the end sounds more like human weapons, though, which you can compare with the Centurion gunfire shown earlier when Caprica Boomer's team gets ambushed.
