People's complaint with the original 2 player mode was that you were stuck with only one level of rolling around a limited number of boring small objects.
WLK only fixed the small and levels part.
You can choose from 3 levels: small, medium, and large. The only things this really affects is the starting size of your ball. The large level you start off being able to roll up entire towns, but you soon discover you're extremely limited. There's only a couple dozen rollable objects on the entire map; you won't be doing anything close to the later single player levels. The rest of the maps are like that too, only the scale is different. Boring.
Anyone who says this game is better than the original is a retarded fanboy, which is exactly who this game is targetted at. The story even flat out admits it. |
