These things just don't work out the way their biggest participators want. That math that was posted here a while back looks more and more true to me the more I look around the internet, the strictest communities I've been a part of (even back in dialup BBS hell) have lasted the shortest period of time because you need those low-ratio nickel and dime contributors to bring in new content.
In short, fuck oink.
