Well, bandwidth isn't free. And I dunno if it's traffic-related, but I sometimes have to wait six hours or more for popular torrents from Pirate Bay to even start. I've always had a sneaking suspicion that bandwidth is the major factor that prompts sites like Oink and UKNova to go with closed memberships and the "we want this to be a community" crap is just an excuse. |
