I'm sorry, I'm just not getting this. Are they trying to imply something? And what's with the single star t-shirts? That reminds of Mao-era Chinese revolutionary wear. I hope that's just a coincidence.

I also hope Broussard is taking notes (and scratching all three of those sentences off the billboards in DNF, which means they'll have to start all over with a new engine).
