Bush: Katrina relief requires spending cuts by laudablepuss 09/16/2005, 5:52pm PDT That's CNN's current headline. It's good he said that because I thought maybe it wouldn't necessitate spending cuts. And maybe spending cuts wouldn't be necessary even without Katrina. 76% of CNN respondents don't think the government should raise taxes, however. Bush doesn't think so either. Huh.
