| personaly i didnt enjoy this game either. that when i finished passing it i felt like writing a review very close to john's! when i finish my idea of the game was this "these assholes jus robbed me of 70 hours of my life!"
as far as music, i wouldnt have gone as far as giving it a 0, but it was very crappy overall jus a few good soundtracks(ending track, final battle, and a like 2 others). SFXs where well done, and voices when good i actually think i heard the voice of the ppl how did the dubs for vash, lagato(trigun), and jet(cowboy bebop) in there, so to me they had some good ppl on the game. dialoge on the other hand was "fucked!" for lack of a better word. story i would have to say sucked as well. few things were answered or left to be expected. the fact i didnt even get to kill anything resembling a boss really had me pissed. how could they deprive a person from a master boss, when u play a game that long u want to feel like it had some meaning to it! like going on a rolercoster, if it doesnt exsite u, ur not gonna bother getting on it again. as far as the cut sence metioned by john, i think its a very good example of how much time the development team had on thier hands. out of 70 hours of playtime about 40 hours were cut sences, so if u want a game u can play, this isnt for u. as far as gameplay, i like the combo battle system and the teck attacks u get are pretty cool looking(until u get close to the end when they jus get stupid). and the fact that there were no random battles was a welcome change from a person that has lived for the FF series for most of his RPG life. but also being of the FF series this game made me feel boxed, like i could do nothing to effect how the story went, how can u call it an RPG if u have no choice but to follow the tracks. and i had no freedom to go were i wanted the only thing that came close to a world map was the kukai foundation witch had only 2 places that if i didnt have to go there would never visit. the final battle sucked ass but at least the soundtrack was cool =) i was suprized to see that anyone actually liked it! even more than that they raved it as being it a masterpeice(of shit)! this is my review, from 1 to 10. Sound: 6 Music: 5 Gamplay: 6 Story: 2 Overall: 4.75 in short, it had its highs but it many more lows. if i could turn the weels of time i would have never spent $45 on this game. but hey if u feel that i dont know what im talking about play the game and see how much it drags. but remeber u had been warned.
