Being someone who might have to be on the ground fighting this mother, I'm not sure this is such a good idea. You don't win a war by holding back your firepower.

On the other hand, being someone who might end up doing peacekeeping (probably more likely for me than actually fighting the war at this point), anything that helps get the civies on your side may be good thing.
