I liked the parts where I was shooting sometimes literal punks in the head with an automatic pistol, spraying bullets everywhere causing sparks and explosions and paint and brains and debris to fly around like I'm in a John Woo movie. I hated the everything else. It was not fun to plod around the same city block 4 times issuing parking tickets and convincing people to believe in themselves. I wish the game was just built around the shooty parts with more and better gunplay.

Speaking of guns, once you find a PCB board with the auto-reload perk it feels like cheating, and everything but the mounted machine gun becomes useless. Your pistol ends up with infinite ammo, fires faster and more accurate than all of the other guns, and you never have to reload. The game has rocket launchers late, but even those suck because the blast radius is so small you may as well be playing with the Direct Hit from TF2. Anything with a scope is right out because you fight hordes of enemies at a time and they will shred your health while you're trying to line up a shot. Plus, who the fuck wants to play Robocop as a turtling camper?

I played on hard difficulty, and the game was generous with health pick-ups while usually still feeling like you were just barely surviving gun fights. It was a good balance.

The conversations were all extreme close-up shot / reverse shot, and the engine was clearly not designed for that because every single time they switched POV I'd watch the high definition shaders pop in and then see faces and clothing slowly melt into high detail.

I paid $5 for it. For $5 it's a good game, but I would not have paid full price for it. Something something I'd buy that for five dollars.
