I seriously doubt Wrath of Khan's "Joachim" followed by "Yours . . . is . . . superior". Surely it's a call and response for his subordinate where he asks "Your IQ?" Then he dutifully replies just before dying and Khan hugs him and swears to avenge him. But I dunno, whatever.
AI subtitles for TNG are *hysterical*. Even stuff like Dr Crusher saying "Bee sting" gets butchered (hey ChatGPT, WTF is "beasting"?) but every bit of Star Trek jargon is absurdly mistranslated. |
