| To, you know, actually joining an online server?
I'm on a pretty damn fast ethernet connection, and yet for the life of me I simply cannot join any online hosted games. It's the same "failed to connect" deal everytime. To make it worse every time I get a failed connection for some reason the game quits back out to desktop for a second then goes back to the main "loading" screen before returning to the server list screen and then taking MORE time to refresh the server list; in all it takes about 40 seconds for each try and that gets old FAST. After 30+ failed attempts I just gave up and went back to single player bot matches while praying that the AI won't get old. |
