It's on sale right now and of course you can refund within 2 hours once it drops. I would say that yes, absolutely you should preorder it because the reasons it's not generally a good idea to preorder don't apply. (Also imagine the patience of the developers, seeing a non-customer come to their forum telling other people not to be customers because he has shit confused with spending a non-refundable $120 on day one DLC horse armor or a lunchpail and shit. But the webshit heard that pre-orders were bad, so dammit, he's gonna let everyone know.)

I hope the first mission lets you hire mercs to shoot Steam forum posters.
