Back at the hub, my truck had not yet arrived so I got to spend some time with a host of other people who apparently couldn't be bothered to answer the door either. One of them looked familiar, and one of the employees walked over to him, pointed, and said "Hey, you play for the Saints, don't ya?!" Sho 'nuff, he did, and no, he didn't want to talk about it. The employee gave him a pound, told him it was "ok, it's a rebuilding year, ya know" My inner fan had a near-stroke: "REBUILDING MOTHERFUCKING YEAR???!!! This is supposed to be THE YEAR ASSHOLE! You can fucking REBUILD in motherfucking LOS ANGELES, COCKSUCKER!" My anger was quickly quelled once I remembered I was there for my neato toys, and after about 40 minutes of waiting for the last truck to arrive, someone noticed my box had been there all along. Fuckwits. I Starsky back home and tear into the box, which is full of all kinds of goodies. Shoes, slacks, undies(whitey-tighties, Mom?*shiver*) and all things not CPU+mobo. Fucking shitfuck.
