| It's a neighborhood that was dangerous 15 years ago, not so much any more. The baseball stadium (Coors Field) spawned a revitalization. (Side note - I find myself talking to non-baseball fans all the time in the very same neighborhood that baseball pulled out of the Garth Ennissy shit it was before. "You're welcome," says baseball to these people now able to eat small plates on patios in flip flops.)
Some people have said that I should get a subscription to "Angie's List." The one part I never bothered to look into is why that's a subscription service. It would seem like all I would need to do is sign up, pay them for a month, crawl the site and cancel my subscription, with binders full of plumbers and electricians for later perusal.
