| I bought an iPad ONLY because it's the only goddamn platform that's getting board game ports. I waited a few years to see if they were ever coming out with versions for ANY other platform but Apple. Nope! Finally I caved and bought one a couple months ago, my first ever purchase of an Apple product.
- You must download a 3rd party app if you want a file manager. - no Flash support, because Steve Jobs is a - All applications and media will cease functioning if you switch to another window. All media playing in the browser will stop if you do so much as go to a different tab. To resume playing media, you must drag up the hidden controller from the bottom of the screen and hit the play button. The media will resume playing, but if you ever go back to the original tab and leave it again, it will again stop and you must do it all over to resume. There is no way to automate this or disable the playback stop. The joke is on me though, because it looks like they're finally starting to bring board games over to the PC. First was The Witcher Adventure Board Game (horrible), and the upcoming Twilight Struggle which is one of the best 2 player board games ever made. |
