| Here is my problem with what whatsherface said: the two leads are depicted as awful men. Marty is a violent, sociopathic cheat. Rust is a nihilistic, possibly-spoiler lunatic. As much as MEW wants a "Strong Female Character" in this show, if there was the slightest indication that she was as broken as the two leads, she would be the first person howling at the negative treatment of women.
I feel this should maybe be sent to shitty web comics, but one of them recently said that Douglas Adams' books aren't really that great, so they're getting a little big for their britches. (Don't make fun of me over there for using the word britches. Please.) |
