By the way, don't make those statements in a waterway. Under the Navigable Streams Act of 1864, dumping garbage in a navigable stream or otherwise blocking one without a permit from the Army Corps of Engineers is a federal civil offense with a penalty of $2500 a day, with 1/2 of any fines collected going to the person reporting it.
