I don't think many of these companies understand why they need a social media person. They're not answering fucking questions, so it's literally just getting a number (followers) to be a higher number than it was the day before. Not a single "checkpoint" save in the first level. I played for ten minutes and didn't get a goddamn save. This is fucking retarded and it makes me want to strangle RPS/Q23-type idiots who say stupid things like, "Well, I am glad it doesn't have quicksave. It will force other people to play the game how I want." The new ROTT is exactly which save-anywhere is so critical. That says, I *want* to like the game. It does more or less play like an updated Rise of the Triad. I can't fault it for presentation, or speed. It feels like a 2D game in the good way. Honestly, if they allow proper saving I'd have a much better opinion of it so far. I do really want to like it because they did so many things right. ICJ |
