"Observe and evolve" has worked for the internet thus far, and no one credible has suggested reasons why it won't continue to work. I found it bizarre and discrediting that he thought an "infosec czar" (one of the stupidest and most ineffectual solutions to any problem, ever) was a good idea, while an intelligent network (which has been hugely successful even in its present & limited form) was "loony". Ray!
