What would a good Star Trek movie look like, anyway? by fucking newbie 10/15/2012, 1:34pm PDT I mean, visually it wasn't the worst thing ever I guess, but I'm not sure I could wrap my mind around what kind of story they'd tell to make it actually alright for anyone that's capable of thought. Then again, this is the setting that uses e=mc^2 to turn energy into coffee like it ain't no thing.

Can someone explain why The Hobbit is a 3 part movie series?
