Wellllll, I wasn't going to take a shit in the lawn of some place I cared about.
A grown man becomes angry on this sort of thing for twenty... maybe thirty seconds? And if it's just "fines" an adult shouldn't care at all. I knew goons acting like goons would cheer me up, though, heh.
look at the shit they said about belichik when the spygate thing happened, seems to me you have to just kind of take the inevitable gloating over it, which is why you didn't see me or numsey getting probated for it
you're gonna get put in kitty jail now. sa's moderation isn't a good example of what it's like when it's done right, but really that second post is gonna get you shut down no matter where you submit it
SA's moderation in general is probably the worst on the net. I can understand where Lowtax is coming from when he puts in a rule that you can't "sass" (sneer quotes) mods. He's a piece of shit, but I can understand how that makes sense in HIS mind. The unspoken rule, however, is that you can't be the only one flat-out calling out goons as pieces of shit in a thread. That's where it all breaks down. And I think that's why most forums become unreadable. If everyone knows they can say whatever they want to every other poster, you get a civil forum.
The mods on the football forum are generally fine. But trying to enforce a rule that says you can't go off on other football fans is really stupid, and it creates an environment of sneering cunts, like they have. I mean, it's an hour later and you have goons analyzing a C- effort of mine like it was new Zapruder film. As soon as someone posts over there who isn't in the hivemind, it causes sprockets and springs to burst from their pea-sized brains.
There's one goon who just has a differently-sized distended belly, so yeah, the same thing was going on with the Pats the other year.
