TheMittani issued a fatwa and sent Goonfleet to all the systems where ice was mined, blowing up any botters and regular players who tried to mine ice while they were enforcing a blockade. They've essentially wrecked the reactor fuel market, because everyone uses Gallente stations which run on oxygen isotopes.
