btw the giganews trial was just eough to cover what i needed by NDD 07/13/2011, 1:55am PDT I joined back up with a gym so I've been lifting. There are two machines that I max out (hip abductor (310) and seated leg press (460)) and I'm making inroads on a couple of others. I'd take a picture of the hip abductor stack but the gym strongly prohibits photography. I feel really good about being fucking beastly. This is part of how I am psychologically paying down having a second bicycle stolen out from under me. still have wussy forearms and shoulders though. a respectable dip and an okay row, that's it. shoulder press, curl, w/e - it's all a joke. I used to dip 280 and now I'm dicking around with 165 and a max of 190. The row - I bust at 160 but that's because my tiny girl hands cramp up wrapping around the big handles. My forearms get sore before anything. Shoulder press - I'm fucked at 90 pounds, honest to god, it's embarrassing. Anyway here's a screencap from a movie you will all enjoy if you find a place to download it with english subs. It's called "Peculiarities Of The National Hunt" in English or Особенности Национальной Охоты in Russian. Basically it's about Russian bros getting fucking faced and going hunting, if you can call it that, in Siberia - Russia's Arkansas. It's very funny but also (magically) safe for p much the entire family as long as you're not particular about depictions of drinking. Most people quote the part where a feral cow is installed on a stealth bomber, but for my money, the best scene is the General's CCCP tattoos in the sauna.
