but I didn't like Overlord much, either. I just get bored when I have to keep track of other units that aren't on my screen, and I don't think making the fights trivially easy (victory by inertia) deals with that well.
Great driving controls, though. After slogging through ODST, it really drives home how anyone who makes games without trigger driving is a fucking idiot. And I like the cutscenes and everything, it's just not as interesting as Psychonauts was, and I don't like the adventure game creep of trivial problem solving. |
