Probably because, just as Tim Scchchfhfafer said, if you play it like a normal RTS, you will be destroyed. You have to play it almost like an RTS, except jump in there and fuck shit up with your solos, spawn the car and as your dudes are fighting just drive around running over enemy units or blowing them up and shit. It's like the most awesome RTS ever conceived of, but these dumb sucky ass newbs who are sucking (and newbs) are really dumb.
One of the middle band fights, I did play it straight up as an RTS where I made my units and tried to make them do all the fighting. After a while they got wiped out, and I realized oh yeah I can go in there and do a shitload of damage myself AS my units are fighting and like double or triple my damage output. It just takes a little common sense and logic, something that those penny arcade pigbalds are incapable of, even though they really think they are simply TOO SMART for this game, on the contrary they are shamed by how the game makes them realize they are actually dumb. |
