ok so after having watched the review: by Weyoun Voidbringer 09/14/2009, 12:38pm PDT first off, fatlus doesn't NEED more money, and it seems like they make a lot of games like this already (ie grindan out the fucking ass). part of the reason why modern rpgs usually have cutscenes and intricate graphical thingys and stuff is because the old style is naturally inferior. getting rid of the gay ass animu cuntscenes and shitty weeaboo dialog is more of a consequence of the simplified game style in whatever this game is called dark spire or whatever, than any intentional design decision. anyway, I dunno about trying to play this game, the UI looks obtuse and shitty as hell, and USING MY IMAGINATION TO IMAGINE MY CHARACTERS is just straight up faggy, the point of modern day character customization is so I can bring my imagination to life by messing around with sliders and radio buttons, so that I don't need to try and remember if my elf character had gray eyes or polychromatic holy fucking gay that is gay.
