So, I spent last year back in Iraq as a civilian doing web development for a couple different division headquarters (which was an eye opener in quite a few ways). These are actually on the "good" end (but, still a good representation) of the spectrum of military powerpoints. If I could show you some of the things I saw, your eyes would bleed.
"No, Colonel, I, cannot, in good conscience, put 6 different scrolling marques on this page"
"No Major, I really don't think putting a powerpoint in an iframe on your intranet homepage is a good idea"
