Incidentally this was correct and I am enjoying it much more than fringe. by Zsenitan 05/13/2009, 4:21am PDT Farscape is a delicious candy: attractive young people getting it on and muppets doing gross-out physical humor... in space. Obviously a superior show to Babylon 5. The WS likes fringe way better. Fringe mostly makes me think about how much I'd rather be watching new seasons of GITS: SAC except those don't exist. HEY that's great about your PINEAL GLANDS and it's true that Denethor is chewing up the screen like a blender full of every Anthony Hopkins role ever, but it's tough for me to suspend that much disbelief unless there's cel shading involved. Maybe I don't give enough of a shit about characters? The pilot would have sent a million fanfic critics into a free fall if it had been written about a standing series: conveniently effective science, stupid plot holes, bait and switch nonsense, etc. It's watchable when people aren't murdering their sex partners I guess. I tried to watch House once. It was the episode where one of the McPoyles is a possibly gay, possibly rapist, priest. Who has a mysterious non-lupus condition. It was totally a McPoyle drenched in makeup and fake sweat, which kept me from taking anything about the show seriously. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is basically the best show in the past ever, let's just watch that instead.
