Someone who's seen as much porn as me pounces on those frightened gestures. Let me "break it down".
Having both hands rest on his almost vertical thighs looks ridiculous. He looks like someone is about to throw a football at him.
His bearded friend, at first glance, appears to be standing confidently, but on closer inspection we notice the unnaturally fixed left hand; his left hip provides it no support. I'd recommend he tuck his thumb into his belt and let the weight of his arm bend his wrist so that it lies about 45 degrees from perpendicular with his body. That would look far more relaxed. His crossed legs are plainly defensive, but if he were getting a bit more leverage off the boot of the car, or wasn't dicking about with his left hand, he could probably get away with it.
They are all dressed terribly.
