I think Fabio liked it because one of the stars looks like him. Remember when someone posted a photo of Fabio at the POE convention and he looked exactly like everyone thought he would? Bill should remember. He was a skinny, weezery looking guy with a long face, sitting on a chair, wearing shorts and a printed tee. Quite handsome, though, at least by our standards. Of all the decent pictures of Caltrops people I've seen over the last 6 years (SB, Fabio, BDR, Creex, Zseni, Kthor), I think Fabio would get the highest hot or not rating. But he wasn't so unusally attractive that you'd nickname him Fabio, unless you yourself were very ugly. Nicknaming him Fabio is exactly what his highschool friends did, and that's the reason Fabio has the nickname he does. Caltrops trivia.
In the movie, Fabio's character whines about shit just like the real Fab. Eventually, he gets blown up by a shell. SUCK SHIT FABIO! |
