"Rescue" is changed to "adopt" which involves the little sisters harvesting adam from corpses for you I think because you're a big daddy (you're the original very first big daddy in fact as I read in some game magazine). If you'll finally be rewarded more for harvesting the girls is still unknown, probably not, the "dicey underwater moral decision" has always been a straight up "only pick rescue anything else we're gonna burn you at the stake" option.
