Re: REVIEW: Questionable Content (www.questionablecontent.net)

1. Ad hominem attacks do nothing to earn you favor with any onlookers to this arguement, as for your personal tastes, I couldn't care less what you think of it, as long as you don't troll unprovoked, which is what my problem with the OP is. Based on what you said, however, I can see that you are quite arrogant. Arrogance isn't very nicely looked upon when you want to change other peoples' opinions, and I'd suggest that you take a little breather before you go insulting more people over the internet... because god knows it takes fifty swear words in one part of your arguement to get that feeling that the person on the recieving end has broken down in tears... guess what- I couldn't care less what some guy I don't even know thinks of me.
Arrogant? What's with all the ad hominem? THOSE WON'T TRUCK TOO FAR IN ELEGANT DEBATE YOU MOTHERFUCKER. You know what? I'm skipping one since you seem to have admitted defeat on that point.
2. Support your arguements with facts, not opinions.
Debate support alpha.
Just because you think that the webcomic is shitty doesn't mean that other people do. QC is one of the more successful webcomics, having stayed at #1 at Buzzcomix for a few weeks before going in its hall of fame... tell me- Can a shitty comic accomplish that?
Obviously can and did. HOLY SHIT WAIT A MINUTE DID YOU SAY BUZZCOMIX? That means less than nothing.
skipping three, scince you seem to have admitted defeat on that point.
You completely destroyed me on on the topic of, "Why you came here in the first place." Yes.
4. They are funny to make fun of, yes, but a good way to piss people off is to parody something they like with references to Adolf Hitler. I'd tell you to try it and watch as you get banned from whatever forum you do it at (I assume you have the common sense to not do that in public), but I'll see what you think of the idea first.
Who's rules are these? You will never get banned here, no matter what you say about anything. Is that ridiculous to you? Cool, express yourself. Do you mind if we do the same about your rules? We don't care if you do.
5. I would assume the same way anybody else thinks. There could be bills to pay (assuming that the OP is an adult), he could go out and get some fresh air, tend to his social life (or if he is pathetic enough to lack one, he could get one.), or any other of the wonderful things he can (and probably does) do when he isn't trolling forums.
Who said he was trolling anyone?
1. Now you're just being silly. In debate, anyone's viewpoint, and anything you can do to sway people's opinion is fair game. I was only remarking on the effectiveness of one manner of debate. As for arrogance, you make assumptions without proof that they may possibly be correct. 2. Now that is something of interest. Yes, the supreme court decided that libel by parody is rediculous... that does not change the fact that he used J. Jaques's artwork (which is copyrighted), nor does it change the fact that nobody at the forum was impressed by what he did. All he got was dismissal and a couple of insults... not much of a trolling accomplishment. 4. I realize that these forums have no moderator, and no way of banning... I referred to the types of forums from which you can be banned, as the OP found out when he was unable to view the QC forums. 5. I say he was trolling, because he made this thread we currently post in (stating his obvious dislike for the comic), and also because he went on the comic's forums to see what sort of reactions he would get for the behavior he outlined in the first post of this thread.
