<font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> if you still play cards, you should give 6-tabling a shot <font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> it's fucking sick ... <font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> Volume is key. My goal is to do 50k hands this month = about 100 hours of play <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> My goal is to finish the MAME cabinet. <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> I expect to be down afterwards. Financially. <font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> can you explain the concept of a push-pull spinner <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Haha
<font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> so, not to be a n00b or anything... but a spinner is just a thing that spins? <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> like the Night Driver controller? <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> It spins, and its hooked up to an optical wheel and various electronics that turn the information into a USB signal. <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> But on that surface, yeah, it's just a left/right rotating wheel. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> ok <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Arkanoid. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> then what the hell is push/pull? <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> ICJ needs a push/pull for "Discs of Tron", the one game in the world that uses it. I'm just never going to play that game. And buy a $70 spinner instead. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> what is a push/pull spinner? <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> You pull it, and that triggers a button, and you push it down, and that triggers another button. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> ahhhh <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> You manipulate the spinner up and down. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> so you could just map another button to get the same effect. but that wouldn't be authentic <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Right. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> ok <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Or maybe it's hard because you're actually pressing ANOTHER button at the time. I'm not familiar with Discs of Tron. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> I think I played it once when I was like 8 :( <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> so, same <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> But it's probably pretty nice that when you pull the spinner, the disc goes up. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> I don't remember it being 3d? <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Yeah it's pseudo-3D <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Don't confuse it with "Tron". It's not Tron. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> Discs of Tron is not Tron? <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Correct <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> <a href="http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=&game_id=7594" target="dot">http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=&game_id=7594</a> <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> oh did the Tron game have like a bunch of tron games? <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> yeah <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> light cycle and shit? <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> yes, and tanks and shoot the face. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> ok <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> I guess I figured it was all the same <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> with my hazy memories <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> playing it at disneyland <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> I'm glad I have no memories of Discs of Tron. <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> It sounds like a big hassle. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> <a href="http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=10204&letter=T" target="tron">http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=10204&letter=T</a> <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> yah, this is what I remember <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> also that it I could never figure out what you were supposed to do except in the cycle one <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Well ICJ never pushed nor pulled the spinner of DoT, and it was his favourite game. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> hahaha <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> So it's standard to not understand Tron. Both the movie and games. <font color="#32cd32"><b>ElKoba:</b></font> so now he has to get a push/pull spinner to fix his broken childhood <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> If only all childhood scars were so easily healed.
<font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> oh I played this game <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> Maybe you can start 6 Troning <font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> true story about it: my mom is a big believer in ESP; it was this game that convinced me ESP didn't exist. Because I tried to make it give me more credits WITH MY MIND <font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> I feel stupid even telling that story, even though I was 11 at the time <font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> and came out of it smarter <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> I like your crazy parent stories. <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> I feel there are lots more of these stories. <font color="powderblue"><b>Ray of Light:</b></font> you have no idea <font color="yellow"><b>Sanitario666:</b></font> I think I have an idea!
