They take you out of the prison setting and put you in the slums of Baltimore in order to "turn the focus from the horrors of prison to the horrors of <b>poverty</b>". They promise sewer levels, and best of all: only two weapons at a time (fuck that blazing away at dozens of enemies with dual pistols, shotgun, and tommy guns all at once). [/quote]
