Programming is hard, etc. but if you listened to TEAM AKIMBO!!!!!! any problem was valve's fault; "They released a patch that totally fucked over AHL! <i>can't they program????</i>" and so on. They also started an action unreal tournament much to everyone's confusion, but they seemingly gave up about 2 years ago. The best part is that, from what I recall, basically none of the ActionQ2 guys are part of the current team, there is just a sad pack of imposters that seemingly failed to understand the charm of the original. Many of these changes were made, of course, in the name of realism, whatever on earth that means to mod makers. Someone somewhere long ago pointed out that to most game makers realism in a FPS was <b>character moves extremely slowly</b> and <b>shooting head = instant death</b>. AHL is the most realistic game ever made. mark[/quote]
