Mine very clearly does not look like that. Then the support guy told me the deflector dish part, which has three little oval-ish raised bits, has to have those on top, with the middle one at 12 noon. That is upside down dude. Now watch the youtube guy put the part on, starting at about 4:02. Notice the ovals are at the bottom, and it's smooth along the top. The notches are different sizes for fuck's sake, it's clear how to orient this. I took a bunch of pictures and tried to be polite. Can't wait for his reply.
