Re: I'd like to see some of those options as well
Not saying these are all "great." Not saying these are all even "good." And obviously, almost none of them approach the quality of an average novel. I am saying it's better than fucking Bloodlines, for Christ's sake. I'll limit myself to games that are actually in my cabinets, within arm's reach. Fallout Wasteland Ultima 6 Baldur's Gate Baldur's Gate II Psychonauts Portal Spellcasting 101: Sorcerers Get All The Girls Ultima 7 Deus Ex Arena Crusader: No Remorse Sam & Max Hit the Road The Space Bar Morrowind The Circuit's Edge Shadows Over Riva Snatcher Blade Runner No One Lives Forever Oblivion Daggerfall Fallout 3 Grand Theft Auto 4 Grand Theft Auto 3 Grand Theft Auto Vice City Freedom Force Gabriel Knight Star Trek: Judgment Rites Star Trek: 25th Anniversary Star Trek: A Final Unity The Pawn Guild of Thieves Knight Orc Corruption annnnnnnnnnnnd Jinxter (possibly the best-written game of all-time) "Well, that's unfair, you cherry picked scree-" No, I typed in vampire and bloodlines into Google Image Search and posted what I found. "You just listed every ga-" No, stuff like Sin and Icewind Dale and Kingpin and Beyond Zork were just as painful, maybe even moreso. They at least had the fact that they were finished going for them. HE'S WRITING A MOVIE ABOUT THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION!!!????? HREWHREHERHEWHREHREHWHWRHERHWHWRHE Who the fuck lets that through? Who the fuck looks at the xml for the script, turned in by some jelly-assed fucking RETARD and says, "Oh, perfect - yeah, you really nailed it, glad we went to a third revision there, whew!" Much like the rest of the game, nobody FUCKING GAVE A SHIT. The building housing the creators of this game was a romper room for malformed, socially-maladjusted troglodytes. The best thing Activision could have done in its corporate history, besides creating the very industry of third-party software, would have been to lock the exits and light the place on fire instead of pay the last milestone. Maybe these guys can make a strong comeback and merchandise Share Bears or something, though. (All this being said, it's better than Mass Effect.) the dark and gritty...Ice Cream Jonsey!
