But for non-detectors, it's really tiny and only partially reveals them. Basically, you have to run into the stealthed squad to reveal them, and they get a 50% damage reduction to ranged fire. A detector reveals them completely and removes the partially stealthed bonus. ADDITIONALLY, stealthed squads can use ranged attacks and remain partially stealthed, BUT melee will reveal them completely but only if they participate i.e. they swing back. I THINK. Being revealed gives the unit a reddish aura and they lose the predator effect. Being partially revealed gives a reddish aura but they retain the predator effect. Honestly, I think the KNob would be unplayable if people actually knew what the detectors are. I approve of Relic only releasing critical game information via patch notes and third party websites![/quote]
