Fuck yeah, ICJ!

Yeah, in software, yeah. What's involved in moving to a foreign country, if it is critical to have a job when arriving? Do I have to find a place that will... "sponsor" me, or handle the necessary paperwork or something first? I wouldn't even know where to begin. I've been in Colorado 11 years now, and while I like it, maybe it is time for a change. ICJ
If you're not happy, you're better off changing your location than changing yourself. Especially if you're old. Get in as a highly skilled migrant. It shouldn't be difficult for you. It means you can go over there without sponsorship and your only obligation is to be 'economically active' in your first year. I've never earned enough to qualify as skilled but I'm sure you've been earning some big fat American dollars that you can shove in their face?
