It really feels like a nerf. On the one hand, I will no longer flip my keyboard when my Spy tosses his knife up and aims its point downward, jams it forward, and completely misses the target that was RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME a second ago. That is the biggest goddamn bullshit tease.
On the other hand, the range was reduced slightly, meaning I have to get even closer to them than I was used to, and the hitbox has been reduced, meaning you have to aim exactly for the middle of the back. I flipped my keyboard tonight in Gravel Pit when I tore a Medic a new asshole and took his spot right behind a Heavy ready to give him the same treatment, only for my fucking knife to miss. |
