This was everywhere, but in case you missed it: a company which is making a console (?) which will never, ever see the light of day had a problem with some statements made by [H]ard|OCP. So they sued them. I'm leaving out details of just what Infinium is making because there aren't enough hours in the day to spend reading up on stuff that will never exist.
