- That's all I need to hear, I start posting, in order to rip on the preposterous demand from a third party that EVIL TROLLING is what is stopping merchandise from getting out the door.

- Christian Stango posts, through some dumb teenager who was sucking his schlong the entire thread, that nobody else will be getting their panels because of all the abuse and trolls. Here's the mail - including the part where he calls himself a "hero of sorts."

I wanted to thank you for being patient in waiting for your unit. You have been very pleasant to work with and I am sure you will enjoy the panel I made for you very much. The reason for me sending you this email is because of the
incredibly never ending negative BYOAC forum posts, which are all being directed at me personally. I have simply had it with the constant jokes and am sick of being fingered by these morons who don't even have an order is with SS and who are simply posting because they have nothing better to do but jump on the "lets F@#$ Chris" bandwagon. As you already know, SS out of business, done, gone, finished, chapter 7 and I have purchased all of the existing stock that SS had on their shelves in hopes to start a new arcade business and continue offering the same quality products that SS has always offered. Additionally, you know that I have conveyed to the industry that I was not the owner and have not one legal tie to SS, so all of this speculative talk about suing me personally, me lying to customers, the attorney general coming down on me is a complete bunch of rubbish, and is just untrue.

I have also conveyed to the community (as you already know) that I personally intended to fill all of the orders from SS customers that have not been filled due to this unfortunate event, out of my own pocket. No one is forcing me to do this, but since my name has been slammed all over the place as me personally being the one behind this whole SS issue, and since I want to continue in this industry, I basically have no choice but to do so if I want to save face and show everyone that hey I'm the one who dimed your SS order out of my pocket, show me some support. Oh and BTW, you
have been nothing but nice to me, and thats why you have your new unit on its way (due today I think) as well as others and also because yours was at the top of the list as I am going in order to rectify this nightmare.

Back to what I was saying. I am getting slammed all over the place by one moron after another. I should be looked at as a hero of sorts because these people such as yourself have no recourse in doing a charge back do to the expired time limit to do so. Of course you could always sue the pants of off SS but with their lawyer and the fact that it was an LLC, and everything was done on the up and up as far as when they filled and such, it would be a very lengthly process which I couldn't even comprehend since most if not all were out of state purchases and trying to get money from someone behind an LLC is extremely difficult. In any case and as you can see, I have started to pay off SS debt with vendors such as Mamemarquees and have also started to fill these orders one by one as I go down the list. Some have received their panels and have been posting there and some are already on their way like yours is. In any case, I was trying to save face and make people happy, but plans have changed, let me explain.

I am disgusted about the posts being made about me and have had enough with the bashing and jokes and slandering of my name all over the web by BYOAC members who don't have a clue as to what they are talking about. They all want to bash me, all these pricks who have never even purchased anything or who aren't any of the ones who got burned by SS want to try and ruin my name and any new company before it even starts? Ok thats fine, because of this I am putting a cease on all orders that I was going to be filling out of my pocket. Yes, it has to be done. I am not going to sit here and take over 20k out of my pocket to restock the part inventory, manufacture them and ship them out on my dime just to get bashed and not an ounce of praise in return for doing so. Again, I was hoping and more like expecting to come out of this the good guy for doing something that I absolutely don't have to do and going above and beyond the call of duty. I am happy that you and a few others who were over the alloted charge back time in getting a refund for this whole SS debauchery got their orders but I am at my wits end and I am not and will not continue to dip into my personal $$$ to fund this operation simply to have that fat forum rat, Fozzy and company destroy me in doing so. I would appreciate it if you could post this for me. You have been a great person to work with and am happy to have filled your order out of my pocket, consider yourself one of the lucky ones who got their order from me, because I will not fill not even a single button order from the former SS customer file list because of this.


I haven't posted anything on those fourns in a long time and I refuse to do so because you cant beat a drunken mob of brainless morons who have no remorse for the unwary. As for all existing customers of SS, who are over the period of time (which I hear is 45 - 90 days and varies from bank to bank) try to get a refund from SS, I recommend that you contact your CC company and inquire about what options you may have to get your money back, but there is just no sense for me to financially fund your orders from SS with the end result being that I am going to constantly be slammed on here and by people who are not even in your situation are going to continue to post many seemingly derogatory and completely fictitious statements with its sole intent to ruin any new arcade related business that I plan start in the future.

In the interim, I will be starting a new arcade company which will offer nothing less than top of the line products regardless of what is said here about me and save the over 20k that I was initially intending to lay out to fill old SS orders before I was simply pushed over the edge in doing so by the posts being made here on BYOAC.

Everyone should know that it was these 15 pages of bashing toward me personally that has caused me to make this decision, and you can thank all of these wonderful people on the BYOAC forums for making that happen! Good luck in your quest to get your money back from SS, there is a long road ahead.
